Return Policy

At Kemi T's Aesthetics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@kemitsaesthetics.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at exchanges@kemitsaesthetics.com. Include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the new item you wish to receive. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kemitsaesthetics.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
